Most people today heavily rely on the internet, including me. I often find myself searching something on my phone and easily getting distructed by whatever pops out on the screen. The information in the social media is like a massive stream, so many things are going on at the same time so it is hard for me to just focus on one thing at a time.

Sometimes I do learn a lot through surfing the internet but sometimes it's just a waste of time. So I developed the idea for this short animation peice. The girl in the film represents people who are addicted to their phone and devote a lot of their time to the social media.

 

This film is also a short-term outcome of my serf-learning motion graphic skills. I tried to use different transitions between the things and add subtle movements to the objects and character.
